Telehealth Therapy and What to Expect

I’m Available Evenings and Weekends via Virtual Therapy

Telehealth therapy is conducted via video or phone sessions. Video conference sessions are conducted through Simple Practice, a secure online platform that is HIPAA compliant. Before each session, you will receive an email link to our virtual therapy room. 

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know who you are, what brought you to therapy, and identify your treatment goals. 

Weekly sessions are recommended for at least the first 8 sessions in order for us to develop the therapeutic relationship and start making progress towards your therapy goals. We can evaluate your progress after the first 8 meetings, and decide together, the frequency of sessions going forward. How long you want to continue therapy is up to you!

Rates

$250 per 50 minute session. 

Payment is due at the time of services provided. 

All major credit cards are accepted.

Insurance

I am a private pay practice and not contracted with any insurance plans. I can provide you with a “superbill” (receipt) at the end of each month which you can submit to your PPO insurance for a partial reimbursement. 

Please note you are responsible to submit the superbill directly to your insurance provider if your plan offers “Out of Network” Benefits. Please check with your insurance provider to verify the details of your out of network coverage. Your services may or may not be covered in full.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Your therapy appointment is reserved specifically for you. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting will be charged the full session fee of $250. Cancellations must be made by phone or email.
