My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy depends on the specific needs of my clients. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) with my clients to build shared understanding, strengthen resilience, and find solutions. I work with adults of all ages facing a variety of challenges including life changes, stress, anxiety, and depression. I help my clients navigate these issues in a supportive environment and make steps towards their treatment goals.

Our First Session

The first session is about building an initial connection and establishing a therapeutic alliance. We’ll discuss your needs, hopes, and any challenges you’re facing, creating a foundation for our work together.
